TEV 3 Guide

The TESS Exoplanet Vetter is a website where TCEs from SPOC, QLP, and community pipelines are uploaded and classified into planet candidates or other designations. Its primary purpose is managing the TESS Objects of Interest (TOI) catalog and serving as the "source of truth" for any downstream pulls for the TOI catalog.

This guide is meant to serve as documentation for:

• The uploading, vetting, and TOI releases of pipeline uploads.
• Ephemeris matching of TCE signals into Atlas Targets.
• Data Models
• Various Administration Tasks
